Regional institutions
The stakeholders (implementing actors and also beneficiaries) of the FSRP are varied and include such as the implementing Ministries of the Governments of the countries, the Regional Organisations (ECOWAS, CORAF, and CILSS), and other public and private institutions and services.

The beneficiary countries are currently Burkina Faso, Mali, Niger, Togo (Phase 1); Ghana, Sierra Leone, Chad (Phase 2) and Senegal (Phase 3).
